Xinjiang Modern Speciality Oil Products Technology Co., Ltd. (XINJIANG MODERN SPECIALITY OIL PRODUCTS TECHNOLOGY CO., LTD, hereinafter referred to as the "Company") was founded in July 1998. In August 2010, it was restructured into a joint-stock enterprise through an overall change. The company has a registered capital of 200.3 million yuan, primarily producing and operating more than 300 products including lubricating oils and specialty oil products, base oils, fuel oils, solvent oils, additives, and automotive chemicals. It is the earliest technology-based enterprise engaged in deep processing of petrochemicals in Xinjiang. As a high-tech enterprise, a key listed enterprise cultivated by the autonomous region, an innovative enterprise in Urumqi, a unit for intellectual property creation in Urumqi, an enterprise technology center of the autonomous region, an engineering technology center for base oils in Urumqi, and a construction unit of the national torch program project, after nearly two decades of development and operation, it has become one of the large-scale lubricating oil production enterprises in Xinjiang in terms of scientific research, production, sales, and service.\nCurrently, the company has several subsidiaries and branches distributed in Midong District of Urumqi, Aksu Prefecture, Wujiaqu, Alashankou Bonded Area, etc. The company owns a 3000-ton/year grease project, two sets of 30,000-ton/year catalytic dewaxing production units, and a combined 30,000-ton/year lubricating oil production unit. To date, the company has achieved a wax oil processing capacity of 60,000 tons/year, a base oil production capacity of 45,000 tons/year, a lubricating oil production capacity of 45,000 tons/year, a grease production capacity of 5,000 tons/year, and an antifreeze production capacity of 5,000 tons/year.\nAdhering to the business philosophy of "advanced technology, excellent quality, honest management, and superior service," the company targets high-growth and high-margin markets in lubricating oil raw material supply, industrial oils, specialty lubricating oils, and mid-to-high-end automotive oils.
