曲阜至圣文化书院紧靠千年至圣林，占地20余亩，建筑面积8000平方米。布局合理，环境清雅，整体按照标准化、现代化、信息化要求建设，拥有综合教学楼、酒店文化公寓、大型餐厅、多功能会议室、小型电子会议室；传统国学教室、古琴室、书法室、茶艺室、拓片室、剪纸室、传统手工小作坊等特色教室；禅修室、瑜伽室、健身室等功能化教室。同时可满足400余人人吃、住、学、游、体验为一体的综合服务体系。
本书院以传承孔子儒家思想，践行孔子仁爱精神为主旨，展开一系列的孔子文化教育培训、各类企业培训、国学师资培训以及全国中小学生研学旅行接待等工作。
