Established in 2000, the Group is headquartered in Beijing, with operations in the United States, Japan, Hong Kong, and 35 subsidiaries across 21 cities worldwide (including Beijing Chinasoft, Chinasoft Resources, Chinasoft Hisun, Chinasoft Zhuoyue, Hunan Chuangzhi, Cyber Resources, Shanghai Huateng, Dalian Xinhua, Dalian Quanshu, Heson Global, Double Bridge (and its subsidiaries Beijing Daoda and Darui Hong Kong), Tokyo Xinhua, Japan Chuangzhi, Zhongke Jiuhui, Hanpu Management Consulting, etc.), with over 9,500 employees globally (as of July 2010). The Group was listed on the Growth Enterprise Market of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange in 2003 and on the Main Board in 2008. In 2009, Chinasoft became a core member of the "National Information Standards Committee SOA Standards Working Group" and was selected as one of the "2009 China Top 10 Service Outsourcing Companies" and ranked among the "50 Fastest-Growing High-Tech and High-Growth Companies in China for 2009." The Group's business encompasses consulting-driven solutions, specialized ITO and BPO outsourcing services, and training services oriented to the talent supply chain, including consulting services, software development, system integration, software testing, software localization, enterprise application platform construction and maintenance, IT service outsourcing, and business process outsourcing.
Chinasoft International Excellence Training Center (ETC) is one of Chinasoft's five core business lines, tasked with talent reserve and cultivation during the Group's development. It serves as an important talent support platform for the rapid growth of software and outsourcing businesses and is one of the driving forces behind the Group's high-speed growth. Since 2005, with investment from Chinasoft, training bases have been established in Beijing, Changsha, Dalian, Wuxi, Chongqing, Xiamen, Tianjin, Nanjing, among others, with a total area exceeding 30,000 square meters. Each base closely aligns with local and industry needs, quickly forming teams and launching training operations, capable of accommodating over 5,000 trainees simultaneously. Cumulatively, stable school-enterprise cooperation relationships have been established with 274 universities. Currently, the annual training scale exceeds 20,000 person-times, with the goal of reaching 50,000 trainees per year within the next three years. Through offering internship and training opportunities to students, each base significantly enhances the employability of university graduates.
