岗位职责:
1.According to the requirements of the workshop arrangement of the team leader, participate in the production, quality, safety, other aspects of the work, to ensure that the parts welding, surface quality accuracy of BIW meet the requirements, quality quantity to complete the work tasks of the workshop.
依据车间的各项要求及班组长安排，参与本班组生产、品质、安全等各方面工作，确保制件焊接和车身面品、尺寸符合要求，保质保量完成车间的工作任务；
2.Use all kinds of tools correctly according to the operation instruction, perform according to the standard operation, make up fthe defects according to the defects, eliminate the quality influence of the defects, reduce the scrap of the defective parts
依据作业指导书正确使用各种工具，按照标准作业执行，依据不良进行缺陷的弥补，消除制件缺陷的品质影响，降低不良制件的报废；
3.Conduct statistical analysis on the quality data of the workshop, verify the effect of corrective measures fquality abnormalities, so as to ensure timely containment of problems continuous improvement of product quality
对车间品质数据进行统计分析，并对品质异常纠正措施进行效果验证，确保问题得到及时遏制，保证产品质量持续改进；
4.According to the requirements of safety regulations, implement the safe operation procedure to ensure the normal operation of equipment, inder to improve the safety basic management implement the safe production
依据安全规定要求，执行安全操作规程，保证设备正常运行，以提升安全基础管理实施安全生产；
5.By participating in the cost improvement activities of the team, the operation performance of the team can be improved to ensure the achievement of performance indicators
通过参与本班组成本改善活动，提升本班经营业绩，保证绩效指标的达成；
6.According to the workshop site management standards, do the site 5S3D work well
依据车间现场各项管理标准，做好现场5S3D工作；
7.According to the development requirements of the company, I will improve my skills to meet the job rotation needs
依据公司发展要求，进行自身技能的提升工作，实现岗位轮换需求
8.Responsible fidentifying on-site problems,ganizing coordinating resources to carry out on-site improvement work (such as quality improvement, cost reduction, efficiency improvement, etc.)
负责识别现场的问题，并组织、协调资源开展现场改善工作（如品质提升、成本的降低、效能提升等方面）
任职要求:
1.Technical secondary school/high school above；
学历：中专/高中及以上;
2.Able to complete related tasks in strict accordance with theder, process, operation essentials of the work manual work instruction;
能够严格根据作业手顺书、作业指导书的顺序、工艺、操作要领完成相关作业；
3.Familiar with the job tools fthis job, be able to continuously independently operations, meet the jobs requirements;
熟练掌握本岗位作业工具，能够连续独立作业，满足岗位要求；
4. Familiar with the production process of Body shop;
熟悉车身车间生产工艺；
5.Familiar with the quality characteristics of Body shop.
熟悉车身车间品质特性。
