宝麟马业集团从事马产业近10年，分别在北京、上海、贵州、海南设有子公司（其中海南地区公司有：三亚宝麟马业科技有限公司、海南红朗姆生物科技有限公司、海南马业文化发展有限公司）。
现旗下有嘉里（1岁驹拍卖价全球纪录保持者）、苏萨等多匹纯血马。每年配种次数达130次，产生收益近千万元。此外，公司拥有自主马饲料工厂，以及知名马饲料品牌——红朗姆。公司与肯塔基马研究中心（KER）在中国运动马均衡饲养与营养研究与马饲料研发方面展开了长期深入的合作，是KER中国区独家代理。同时，公司与全球*大的纯血马繁育公司达利集团（Darley），在马业人才培养和纯血马育种交易方面均有长期合作关系。
