岗位职责
1.支持到店餐饮、住宿、旅游、KTV、丽人等业务，参与CRM相关系统业务需求设计与开发。
2.能够学习后端开发规范，坚守质量发布底线要求，严格落实，包含代码规范、技术选型、自动化测试、性能优化等工作。
3.关注系统可用性指标，跟进系统告警并修复问题，循环优化系统问题。

岗位基本需求
1.本科以上学历，计算机基础扎实，熟悉Java及面向对象开发，熟悉常见设计模式，对JVM有较好了解。
2.熟练掌握SSI框架及Redis、Kafka、es、RPC框架等分布式中间件使用。
3.编码风格良好，注重代码质量，具备良好的执行力和工作方法。
4.具备良好的沟通能力、责任心及团队合作精神，有较强的分析和解决问题能力。
具备以下者优先
1.熟悉CRM业务，有CRM或B端等复杂系统设计开发经验者优先;
2.有数据应用开发经验者、前后端全栈优先；
