北仑区第二人民医院创建于1952年，历经七十载沧桑砺洗，目前是一所集医疗、预防、保健、急救为一体的二级乙等综合性医院。医院总用地面积18232平方米，总建筑面积15498平方米，开放床位近200张，现拥有在岗职工385+1 ，其中在编职工259，编外职工126，借用1人。共有卫技人员336人，其中正高职称19人，副高职称34，中级职称108。先后获得*“爱婴医院”、浙江省卫生先进单位、浙江省“平安医院”、省级“优质服务基层行”先进单位、宁波市模范环保医院、宁波市“无烟医院”、宁波市数字化医院、宁波市“先进保卫组织”、北仑区文明单位等荣誉称号。
