公司坐落于江苏省张家港市沿江经济开发区。成立于 1997 年 2 月 15 日，是专业生产不锈钢的中外合资企业。公司占地面积达 12 万多平方米。一期工程投资总额为 2.16 亿美元，设计生产能力为冷轧不锈钢薄板 14 万吨 / 年。 整个工程于 2003 年 9 月 19 日竣工投产，占地面积增加到了 20.8 万平方米，使年产冷轧不锈钢薄板生产能力达到了 40 万吨，产品质量、服务质量均达到高水平。
