China Mobile Zhixing Network Technology Co., Ltd. is a wholly-owned subsidiary of China Mobile Communications Group Co., Ltd. It was formerly a joint venture between China Mobile and Deutsche Telekom in China, focusing on the Internet of Vehicles (IoV) business, originally named 'China Mobile DE-Telecom Network Technology Co., Ltd.' The company was registered and established in the Shanghai Free Trade Zone on March 23, 2015, and is committed to providing end-to-end IoV solutions to a wide range of enterprise and individual customers, including IoV platforms, terminal hardware, system integration and operation, as well as cross-industry integrated content services. In 2016, the company became the first foreign-invested IoV enterprise to obtain a value-added telecommunications business license, and successively obtained ISO9001, ISO27001, ISO20000, and CMMI ML3 certifications. It is also a Sino-German Intelligent Manufacturing Cooperation pilot demonstration project unit designated by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology. The company's core platform has been refined through 15 years of evolution in the European market, fostering a strong R&D team and technical expertise, with independent planning to support long-term platform evolution. After more than three years of market development, the company has accumulated benchmark cases from domestic customers such as Volkswagen, Qoros, Yudo, and Hengtian, earning a good reputation in the industry. In 2018, the company was fully repurchased by China Mobile for the German side's equity, becoming China Mobile's specialized IoV company for the transportation industry. In line with its business development plan, the new company was renamed China Mobile Zhixing Network Technology Co., Ltd. As part of the group's 'Big Connectivity' strategy, the company will seize opportunities, strive diligently, continue to deepen its focus on the transportation industry, leverage its communication advantages to expand into the cloud, enter the platform and application and intelligent hardware fields, and target the transportation industry, focusing on 5G, rapidly expanding in intelligent connected vehicles, smart highways, autonomous driving, aviation internet, and other intelligent transportation fields.
