宁阳县宁盛生物科技有限公司项目由山东汇富盛生物科技有限公司投资建设，占地6399平方米。无害化处理加工车间配备撕裂机、冷凝罐、化制机、废水、废气等生产处理设施设备，采用农业部推行的高温高压化制法，能够对宁阳县养殖、屠宰环节所产生的病死畜禽及其产品全部进行无害化处理，生产出的副产品肉骨粉全部作为有机肥原料。
