任职要求:
1．本科及以上学历，计算机或软件工程相关专业毕业，
2．3年以上项目经理或项目负责人经验，具备银行IT部门工作经验者优先
3．有银行核心系统，总账系统，支付系统，监管报送系统等相关银行系统的项目管理经验优先考虑
4．具有强抗压力、强责任心、强自驱力，善于积极解决及反馈问题
5．具有很好的沟通能力、业务理解能力、高效执行力、项目推动能力，
6．具有团队合作精神，工作认真负责
7．熟悉项目管理方法和管理工具，有PMP等证书优先
