Shanghai Lansheng Brain Hospital Investment Co., Ltd. was founded in June 2008 and is the principal medical and health platform under New Hope Group. Under the investment and guidance of Liu Yonghao, Chairman of New Hope Group, the company actively implements the national strategy to address population aging, adheres to the original mission of "reverence for life, dedicated to universal brain health," and practices the core values of "treating responsibility as wealth and quality as dignity." The company upholds the strategic positioning of "focusing on brain specialty and chain development" and has established 9 high-quality hospitals, including Tongji University Affiliated Tianyou Hospital (in preparation), Tongji University Affiliated Brain Hospital (in preparation), Suzhou Blue Cross Brain Hospital, Sichuan Lansheng Brain Hospital, and Shenzhen Lansheng Brain Hospital, with nearly 4,000 open beds. One hospital is under construction, with plans to build 15 hospitals and achieve a total of over 8,000 beds.

The company's main medical services include neurology, neurosurgery, cerebrovascular disease, neurocritical care, and neurorehabilitation. Leveraging renowned universities and research institutions both domestically and internationally, it conducts clinical research and translation in brain science and pursues a path of coordinated development in medical care, education, and research. The company has co-established affiliated hospitals and a Brain and Spinal Cord Research Center with Tongji University; the Tongji University Affiliated Brain Hospital co-created an international hospital with the University of Chicago Medical Center for the diagnosis, treatment, and clinical research of brain diseases; and the Tongji University Affiliated Tianyou Hospital plans to collaborate with the University of Marburg in Germany to establish a Sino-German Brain Center and lead the formation of a national hyperbaric oxygen-brain resuscitation alliance in Shanghai. The company plans to develop 2 distinctive and competitive disciplines or sub-disciplines within 3-5 years and 2-3 high-level, influential advanced domestic disciplines within 5-10 years.
