四川金桐精细化学有限公司是金桐石油化工有限公司全资子公司；总部位于南京，由台湾和桐化学集团公司（控股）与金陵石化公司双方共同投资组建的一家合资企业。2001年进驻四川，12月建成投产（简称一期）年产三万吨LABS 三氧化硫磺化装置，2006年10月建成投产（简称二期）年产三万吨AES、AOS、LABS三氧化硫磺化装置。2015年4月按GMP标准建成投产（简称三期），年产三万吨AES、LABS三氧化硫磺化生产装置。到2016年公司总生产能力为年产拾万吨AES、AOS、LABS多种阴离子表面活性剂。该产品是生产各种洗衣粉、各种洗涤剂的主要原料。
