分布式能源站是一次能源达到梯级综合利用的效果，实现冷、热、电、暖的联产联供，基于园区区域化、企业小型模块化、电力微网化的理念，充分发挥天然气分布式梯级综合利用、多能互补作用、节能环保作用以及提高供能保障可靠性的优势，通过建设分布式能源站成立综合能源供应服务市场主体，以天然气为燃烧介质，实现热电联产联供。本项目位于寒亭区杨家埠旅游开发区制造工业园，辐射金正工业园、中小企业原、仓上片区、河滩片区及寒亭城区的用能源需求，建设总规模为6×20MW等级燃气蒸汽联合循环机组，项目投资约8.5亿。
