任职要求：
1、本科及以上学历（硬性条件），3以上工作经验。熟悉Java核心语法、集合、多线程、IO等基础技术。
2、熟悉Spring Boot框架，能独立完成RESTful API开发。
3、掌握MyBatis/JPA等ORM框架。
4、熟悉Git代码管理工具，了解Maven/Gradle构建工具。
5、具备良好的技术文档编写能力，能清晰描述系统设计与实现逻辑。
6、逻辑清晰，具备独立分析问题和解决问题的能力。
