(abbreviated as "CEIIC") was established in July 2018, jointly built by the Fortune Global 500 company — China Electronics Corporation and Changsha Municipal People's Government under central-local cooperation, with a registered capital of 1 billion yuan and headquartered in Changsha, Hunan. The company is an important carrier for China Electronics to promote the "two platforms and one project" strategy of intelligent manufacturing, committed to becoming an internationally advanced industrial internet platform and intelligent manufacturing system solution service provider based on the PK system.

CEIIC adheres to the development policy of "safety as the foundation, platform layout, industry-finance integration, and alliance innovation," upholds the management philosophy of "create first-class, emphasize unity, and value practical work," and has formed a business system of "one platform + three types of users + five types of solutions." That is, facing three types of users including large enterprises, small and medium-sized enterprises, and local governments and parks, it has developed the CEIIC Cloud Network core platform based on the PK system, launched five solutions including 5G+ digital factory, intelligent equipment, intelligent service terminals, industrial software, and platform and security services, and successfully explored deep application scenarios in multiple industries such as SMT, digital retail, intelligent equipment, engineering machinery, and footwear and apparel, as well as the industrial e-commerce model of "blockchain + industrial internet."
CEIIC insists on technological innovation, with 34 achievements released, 13 independent innovation achievements rated as internationally advanced, and successfully passed the national high-tech enterprise certification. It has cumulatively applied for 629 intellectual property rights and been granted 446. The company has been approved for 42 national, provincial and ministerial major scientific research projects including the Central Region Industrial Internet Regional Platform, the domestic electronics industry identification resolution secondary node, the industrial model management engine based on the industrial internet platform, the industrial internet public service platform for blockchain innovation applications, and intelligent manufacturing solutions (overall scheme planning), and has undertaken 2 group core scientific research projects including the China Electronics Industrial Internet Technology Innovation Center.
