Hunan Hongfu Environmental Protection Co., Ltd. (English abbreviation "GSEP") is a provider of environmental technology products and comprehensive environmental treatment services. Since its establishment in 2008, GSEP has been committed to environmental sustainable development. It has formed an environmental industry chain service system covering environmental engineering design, product manufacturing, general engineering contracting, environmental services, production and sales of environmental chemicals, environmental project operation, and environmental investment and financing (BOT/PPP). Its business scope covers air pollution control (ultra-clean emission of desulfurization, denitrification, dust removal, and mercury removal, VOCs treatment), solid waste treatment (environmental remediation, sludge treatment, garbage disposal), and water treatment (zero discharge of high-concentration high-salt industrial wastewater, heavy metal wastewater, black and odorous water bodies, municipal sewage). In 2018, Hongfu Environmental Protection was officially listed on the New Third Board. The headquarters of Hongfu is located in the ancient city of Changsha, near Yuelu Mountain, a scenic tourist destination, and has an environmental industrial park covering 50 mu in Wangcheng District. It has subsidiaries including Hongfu Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd., Hunan Hongfu Intelligent Control System Co., Ltd., Changsha Hongfu Environmental Protection Reagent Technology Co., Ltd., and Hunan Hongfu Investment Management Co., Ltd. (in preparation). It holds special design qualifications for environmental engineering (water pollution prevention and control engineering, air pollution prevention and control engineering, environmental pollution remediation, solid waste treatment and disposal), Grade II qualification for environmental engineering professional contracting, Grade III qualification for municipal public works general contracting, safety production license, etc.; and has passed quality management system certifications such as GB/T19001-2008. GSEP is a standing director unit of the Hunan Environmental Protection Association, one of the top 100 innovative enterprises in Changsha, an AAA credit enterprise in Hunan Province, a high-tech enterprise, and a credit unit of Industrial Bank. GSEP attaches great importance to technological innovation and cooperation. Through the "going out, bringing in" technical exchange and cooperation mechanism, it has carried out project and topic technical docking with domestic and foreign research institutions (Zhejiang University, Hunan Agricultural University, and France KERAN Company), jointly developing leading water environment treatment and remediation technologies. In addition, Hongfu Environmental Protection has established close technical cooperation relationships with globally renowned environmental protection companies such as DC Chemical of South Korea and Microvol (Denmark), effectively enhancing its technical advantages in air treatment. Currently, through years of technology introduction, absorption, and independent research and development, Hongfu Environmental Protection has mastered proprietary technologies in ultra-low emission of air pollutants, environmental remediation, and zero discharge of wastewater, holding nearly 30 technology patents, forming a core technology group and patent group covering water, air, and solid pollution prevention and control. Among them, the GS®-XF series heavy metal treatment and remediation reagents produced by Hongfu Environmental Protection are widely used in soil remediation and heavy metal wastewater treatment projects. In 2015, Hongfu Environmental Protection established a technical cooperation relationship with EcoPhile, a well-known soil and groundwater remediation company in Asia from South Korea, introducing its complete technology for environmental remediation sampling analysis experiments, treatment processes, equipment and instruments, and reagent formulation, which has laid a leading technical position for Hongfu in the field of environmental remediation.
