3、对分布式、微服务的架构体系比较熟悉，对Dubbo、Spring Cloud、消息中间件(Rocketmq)、缓存(redis)等比较熟悉。
4、有较强的表达和沟通能力，有事情闭环思维，主动性强，被动接收任务的勿扰。
5、对系统质量有很高的追求，并且要有系统主人翁的意识。
6、有互联网高并发，电商交易中台等方面的经验优先
工作职责：
1、主导各类业务及技术改造类项目的系统分析与设计工作，承担核心功能代码编写，开发与维护系统公用核心模块；
2、系统性能优化，主导技术难题攻关，持续提升系统在大规模分布式系统环境下高并发、海量请求数下的高处理性能，解决各类潜在系统技术风险，保证系统的安全、稳定、快速运行；
3、负责主导系统的设计与研发质量codereview；
4、协调各业务线，推动项目高效落地。
