一、岗位职责
1. 负责安防类 Android SDK（核心模块：人脸识别、车牌识别、蓝牙通讯）的客户接入全流程支持，包括技术咨询、集成指导、联调协助，解决代码适配、接口调用等接入问题；
2. 负责 SDK 测试体系搭建，独立编写覆盖功能、性能、兼容性、异常场景的 SDK 测试用例，协助验证版本质量，提升交付稳定性；
3. 搭建技术文档体系，独立编写 / 迭代 SDK 接入指南、API 手册、FAQ、问题排查手册、测试用例说明等，保障文档专业、易懂、及时；
4. 承担驻场开发工作，根据业务需求参与业务定制化开发，适配客户场景；
5. 收集客户对 SDK 的优化建议，协同研发团队推动功能迭代、性能升级与 bug 修复，形成闭环管理；
6. 参与安防类项目交付支持，配合客户完成测试验收、上线运维，接受项目相关出差（如现场联调、技术培训），保障项目落地。
二、任职要求
1. 本科及以上学历，5 年以上 Android 原生开发经验，专业功底扎实，具备独立完成应用开发的能力；
2. 熟悉 APP 性能优化（启动速度、流畅度、内存、电量），熟练使用 Android Studio Profiler、MAT、Systrace 等工具，能快速定位解决性能与稳定性问题；
3. 掌握音视频基本原理，具备 SDK 测试用例编写经验，可覆盖功能、性能、兼容性、异常场景等测试维度；
4. 具备技术文档编写能力，能独立输出 SDK 接入指南、测试用例文档、技术支持报告等，接受项目相关出差；
5. 具有安防行业项目经验，深入理解人脸识别、车牌识别相关业务者优先。
