中心拥有一支由康复医师、康复治疗师、康复护士、老师等组成的康复团队，坚持康教结合的理念，*大限度地调动这些功能障碍儿童主动运动的潜力，以娱乐性、节律性激发儿童的兴趣和参与的意识，不仅有助于达到功能训练地目的，更有助于儿童人格的发展，*大限度地回归社会。
