职责描述：
1、参与项目、产品的需求分析，系统设计;
2、负责功能模块设计，开发及单元测试;
3、协助并快速定位及解决开发及运行过程中的技术问题;
4、能按计划有效且高质量的完成分配的任务;
5、能与其他部门进行有效的沟通;
6、积极了解公司业务，并参与相应的会议提供建设性意见。
任职要求：
1、985/211 本科以上学历，3年以上相关工作经验；
2、具有扎实的Java基础，熟悉Java技术体系，熟悉IO、多线程、集合等基础框架；
3、理解Java运行时工作原理，了解JVM性能调优，能够充分利用Java特性支持框架与程序库的设计开发；
4、熟悉MySQL、MongoDB，Redis等主流SQL和NoSQL数据库；
5、熟悉缓存技术、服务器性能调优、集群技术处理、负载均衡等高并发架构设计；
6、熟悉主流WEB开发框架，如：Spring、SpringCloud、Springboot、Mybatis等技术框架，有分布式微服务开发经验；
7、熟悉掌握GIT、Maven、Jenkins的使用；
8、熟悉Linux操作系统常用命令；
9、具有系统需求分析和设计能力，能快速理解业务需求并进行相关逻辑设计，并具有规范的开发、设计文档写作能力；
10、具有良好的学习能力、团队协作能力和沟通能力；善于思考，能独立分析和解决问题。
