It is a directly affiliated company of Shanghai Langjian International Design Institution and currently has branch companies such as "Shanghai Langjian Architectural Planning and Design Co., Ltd.", "Langjian Urban Design and Research Institute Co., Ltd. Yanwei Company", and "Langjian Urban Design and Research Institute Co., Ltd. Jinan Company". The company's professional qualifications include: National Grade A architectural industry (architectural engineering) design qualification, Grade B planning design and landscape architecture qualification, and Grade C municipal engineering design qualification. The company's business scope includes: ① Grade A architectural industry (architectural engineering) design qualification: Grade A specialized engineering design business in the corresponding scope of architectural decoration design, architectural curtain wall engineering design, light steel structure engineering design, intelligent building system design, lighting engineering design, and fire protection facility engineering design; ② Grade B planning design qualification: urban master planning design and special planning design for various cities; ③ Grade B landscape architecture qualification: corresponding landscape architecture design work within the qualification scope (including residential, commercial, and roads, etc.); ④ Grade C municipal qualification: corresponding municipal design work within the qualification scope (including residential, commercial, and roads, etc.). The Nanchang Branch of Langjian Urban Research and Design Institute Co., Ltd. was established in May 2006. It is a professional design company mainly engaged in the design of civil buildings. Over the past ten years, it has completed more than 100 large and medium-sized architectural engineering design projects in the Jiangxi region, among which three projects won the National Residential Human Settlements Design Comprehensive Award from the Ministry of Construction. Our institute currently has 60 designers, including 2 first-class registered architects and 3 first-class registered structural engineers.
