职位要求
1. 本科及以上学历，计算机、通讯等相关专业，3 年以上后端开发经验；
2. 扎实的计算机基础知识，具有良好的 Linux、网络通信、数据结构、算法设计等能力；
3. 精通Golang、Python、Java任意一门及以上的编程语言，熟悉其生态和常用框架；
4. 熟悉云原生技术与微服务架构，具备分布式系统设计和开发经验；
5. 熟悉数据库、消息队列、缓存等技术，熟悉常见中间件；
6. 具备良好的代码规范和工程化意识，熟悉Git等版本控制工具。
7. 有较强的逻辑能力和学习能力，有良好的团队沟通与协作能力；
8. 有自动驾驶项目经验优先
