重隆发目前下辖四个公司：重隆发饲料有限公司、加尔夫国际遗传育种有限公司、农业经营管理公司以及重隆发成都分公司。加尔夫国际遗传育种有限公司的现代化加尔夫原种猪场已建成投产，以之为依托的若干父母代猪种场、商品猪场正在兴建中；饲料公司年产30万吨的集饲料科研、生产于一身的基地已建设完工投产；农业经营管理公司拥有3600亩的柑橘种植、大棚无公害蔬菜循环农业基地。
