一、岗位职责
1、负责 AI Agent 基础设施、记忆模块、技能（Skill）模块的设计与开发迭代；
2、基于 Python 及 LangChain 等框架，实现大模型调用、会话管理、上下文治理、流式输出等能力；
3、设计并优化多层记忆体系（用户画像、时间线、事实库），实现全局 / 单 Agent 记忆的存储、读写与隔离；
4、对接 LLM 服务，排查流式超时、链路异常、状态漂移等线上问题，完成性能调优与稳定性治理；
5、参与数据解析、文件处理（Excel/CSV）、工具封装，支撑上层业务智能能力落地；
6、编写技术文档、单元测试，保障代码质量与工程规范。
二、任职要求
必备要求
1、专科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程等相关专业，专科5年、本科3年及以上 Python 实际开发经验；
2、扎实掌握 Python 基础语法、面向对象、异步编程、常用标准库与第三方库；
3、熟悉 Linux 常用命令、Git 版本管理，了解 Docker 容器基础使用；
4、熟悉 MySQL、JSON 文件、本地文件等数据读写与存储方案；
5、具备独立问题排查、日志分析、BUG 修复能力，代码风格规范，具备工程化思维。
三、优先加分
1、有 LLM、AI Agent、LangChain 框架使用与二次开发经验；
2、了解大模型流式调用、会话上下文、记忆管理、提示词工程相关技术；
3、接触过多智能体（Multi-Agent）、RAG、工具调用、长文本处理等场景；
4、有数据分析、文件解析、自动化脚本开发相关经验；
5、了解分布式架构、服务稳定性治理、超时 / 异常容错设计。
