我司隶属于广东粤海水务股份有限公司。目前阳江市内于2018年4月成立阳江粤海清源环保有限公司及阳江粤海环保有限公司。投资建设老城区截污及排水管网改造工程、城北片区截污及排水管网改造工程等五个工程PPP项目。管网改造项目总长度约为288公里，项目静态总投资8.2亿元。逐步深耕市场、拓展项目、积极服务民生工程建设。
