浦湘生物能源股份有限公司（以下简称“浦湘公司”）成立于2015年12月28日，位于长沙市望城区桥驿镇。公司注册资本4亿元，主要经营范围为垃圾焚烧发电及电能、热能的综合利用；城市生活垃圾的处理、填埋、焚烧服务。浦湘公司主要负责长沙市生活垃圾深度综合处理（清洁焚烧）项目的投资建设和运营管理工作。该项目位于望城区桥驿镇固废处理场西侧，总占地面积约450亩，总投资25.86亿元，建设规模为日处理生活垃圾5000吨。项目采用成熟的机械式炉排炉工艺，主要工艺系统由国际上具有丰富垃圾焚烧处理经验的日立造船株式会社负责设计，目前已建成投产。
