岗位职责：

1、根据策划需求在unity内完成3D角色的技能特效、场景特效、UI特效等。

2、整理工作流程及规范，严格执行特效相关资产分类整理，便于后期复用。

3、积极参与配合其他部门完成研发性3D动画效果的测试及评定。

4、配合完成Unity引擎内的动画特效相关效果演示及制作。

5、其他与Unity3D特效职能相关的工作。

任职要求：

1、3-5年相关经验，需有完整项目经验。

2、熟练使用unity引擎，需完整掌握unity动画系统、粒子系统、timeline系统，对渲染相关的着色器（shader）有一定了解。有ShaderGraph，ASE使用经验为加分项。

3、需能够熟练掌握3DsMax、Maya、Blender中的至少一种软件，有物理系统流体、火焰等解算经验为加分项。

4、需能够手绘各种风格化渲染特效贴图，及能够让子熟练使用AE、SubstanceDesigner、Huodini等贴图及建模辅助软件完成特效。
