3、熟练掌握Java Web技术栈，包括Spring Boot/Cloud、Mybatis/Hibernate、SpringMVC等框架。
4、熟悉Tomcat/Nginx/Mysql/Redis等服务配置；
5、精通JSP页面开发技术,熟悉easyUI,jqGrid等前端框架，能够高效设计并实现动态网页功能。（必须）
6、掌握ACLE应用开发，熟悉数据库原理和常用性能优化技术。；
7、熟悉Linux系统下的基本操作；
8、对软件工程有基本的了解，有一定的文档编写能力和良好的编程习惯；
9、工作认真负责，具有强烈的敬业精神，良好的沟通能力和团队协作精神；
10、沟通能力强，有过财务相关的功能开发优先
