At present, GLC is building a phase-one GaN-on-Si epitaxial wafer factory in Dazu District, Chongqing. The epitaxial wafers have now entered mass production. The entire project plans to build a GaN epitaxial wafer production line with an annual capacity of 120,000 wafers and a GaN chip production and packaging and testing production line with an annual capacity of 360,000 wafers, with a total investment of about RMB 5 billion.
