一、岗位职责
1. 负责物联网平台、远程维护平台的功能设计、开发与迭代优化。
2. 负责平台的系统架构，保证系统的高可用、高并发及可扩展性；负责关键服务的性能调优，解决线上技术难题。
3. 攻克分布式事务、数据一致性、分库分表、缓存、消息队列、分布式锁等技术难点。
4. 实现多终端（Web/H5/小程序/App）稳定、安全统一的服务入口，适配不同端特性（如小程序端轻量化、App端性能优化及兼容性修改）。
5. 编写清晰的技术文档，参与代码审查，提升团队整体技术水平。
6. 完成公司安排的其他任务。
二、任职要求
1. 全日制本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业，3年以上 Java 开发经验，拥有复杂业务系统或高并发平台的实际开发经验。
2. 熟悉Java，对JVM原理、内存模型、性能调优有深入理解，熟悉Spring Boot、Spring Cloud生态，熟悉MySQL、InfluxDB等数据库操作及优化，熟悉Redis、Kafka等中间件的原理与使用，有多租户（SaaS）架构、数据隔离、权限体系的实际开发经验。
3. 熟悉Vue、React，具备独立完成前后端项目的全栈能力，熟悉多端开发适配（如Uniapp/Taro跨端框架）、熟悉小程序、熟悉终端原生API及性能调优。
4. 有非常强的学习意愿，特别是对AI等前沿技术保持极大的热情，安心在宜昌发展，不排斥转向其他应用开发，包括但不限于从Java切换到C/C++/Python等开发其他项目，随团队业务变更同步学习并共同发展（无此意愿勿投）。
5. 具备良好的业务抽象能力、系统设计能力和技术文档编写能力。
6. 强烈的责任心和团队协作精神，能承担压力，善于分析和解决问题。
