现有职工443人，其中高级卫生技术人员133人，形成了一支政治过硬、技术精湛、医德高尚的卫生人才队伍。医院核定床位213张，全年门诊量达26.5万人次，收治妇科、产科、儿科、康复科住院患者达2万人次，其中产科住院分娩7325人。全年产科分娩量位居开封市首位。
