工作职责:
1.参与软件架构设计、开发和优化；
2.参与需求评审，对需求技术风险给予提醒，以及评估开发交期；
3.参与技术方案设计及代码实现，确保系统高性能、可扩展性及安全性；
4.解决开发过程中的技术难题，优化系统性能，如高并发设计、大数据量处理、系统集成等；
5.参与代码评审、技术文档编写，推动团队技术规范与实践落地；
6.跟踪技术发展趋势，预研并引入新技术、工具和框架，提升开发效率与系统能力；
7.具备较好的沟通能力与合作精神，指导初、中级工程师，推动团队技术能力提升。

职位要求：
1.计算机软件或相关专业，5年以上Java开发经验，熟悉JAVA编程语言，熟悉JVM运行原理；
2.熟悉Linux操作系统，Docker, Git ，Nginx 等使用经验；
3.了解常用的消息队列中间件 RabbitMQ 或Kafka 使用;
4.有微服务开发经验，理解Spring boot、Spring Cloud等框架的设计思想和实现方式；
5.掌握海量数据，高并发、高可靠性系统的设计和开发方法;
6.掌握分布式系统基础设施中常用的技术，如缓存、消息中间件、分布式事务、负载，代理，限流，降级，熔断等；
7.熟悉MySql、PostgreSQL、达梦等关系型数据库使用,熟悉Redis、MongoDB等非关系型数据库，熟悉数据库的cdc原理；
8.具备较强的责任心和良好的学习能力、逻辑思维能力，善于沟通和团队合作，勇于创新和接受挑战。
