南通市老年康复医院，又名南通大学附属医院分院，成立于1994年，是一所以康复医学、老年医学及慢性病治疗为特色的医教研一体的二级综合医院，为自收自支的事业单位。目前开放床位462张。
医院现有职工564人，其中副高级以上专业技术人员74人，中级专业技术人员151人，另聘内、外各科资深专家、教授40余名兼职本院。
医院设有33个临床医技科室，15个病区。其中，骨伤疼痛科、康复科、血液净化中心等为我院特色专科。心血管内科、肾脏内科均为南通市重点专科建设单位。医院肾内科被聘为《中国肾脏病战略联盟》成员单位，与上海长征医院肾脏病医院、解放军肾脏病研究所建立紧密协作关系。
