1.现场隐患排查与闭环:负责两大厂区生产车间、仓储区域、公共区域日常安全巡检、专项排查、节前排查;建立隐患台账、分级整改、复查闭环，重点监管动火、有限空间、高处、临时用电等高风险作业审批及现场监护，杜绝三违行为；
2.特种设备安全管理:统筹全厂叉车、电梯、压力容器、空压机、行车等特种设备全生命周期管理，落实设备年检、校验、维保、点检台账监督管理:监督特种作业人员持证上岗、证件复审，确保设备及人员双会规；
3.施工安全管理:严格管控外来施工单位动火作业、进场安全交底、施工过程监督:
