学校创办于2006年，是一所集幼儿部、小学部、初中部和高中部为一体的湖南省骨干民办民办学校，地处湖南省郴州市永兴县马田镇悦来温泉旁，现有学生3000多人，教职工200多名，占地面积150多亩。2012年被评为湖南省规范建设民办学校、郴州市课改样板学校、市骨干民办学校、市示范性幼儿园。2012年、2013年获县综合教学质量一等奖。2014年列为全国重点实验基地。2016年荣获湖南省骨干民办中小学称号。2016、2017年中考一中录取率名列同类学校。因学校发展需要，现面向全国招聘幼儿、小学、初中、高中各科教师。签定劳务合同，包食宿，面试成功入职后购买社保。
