温州康宁医院创建于1997 年，现为三级甲等精神病专科医院、国家临床重点专科医院、温州医科大学附属医院，总院床位1400多张，运营管理分支机构近40家，总床位达8000多张。医院设有普通精神科、精神康复科、行为医学科、心身障碍科、临床心理科、抑郁症诊疗中心等齐全的精神医学科室及内外科、肾内科等科室，并与温州医科大学联办了浙江省精神医学学院，同时还设有海外院士工作站。康宁医院的发展与管理已被美国哈佛大学商学院收录为教学案例。2015年，康宁医院于香港上市，成为国内*上市的精神病专科医院。医院与加拿大阿尔伯塔大学建立了合作关系，可选择送精神卫生专业的硕士生到该校攻读博士（费用由医院承担）。符合条件的博士生可进入温州医科大学正式编制，并享受双岗双薪。符合条件的员工可享受温州事业编制相关待遇并享有股权激励。
