公司成立于2006年6月20日，其前身为2001年成立的台州市吉尔泰机械有限公司，公司于2018年9月更名为浙江吉尔泰机械股份有限公司。经过十多年的努力与发展，公司不断突破创新，已顺利通过ISO质量管理体系认证、ISO14001环境管理体系及OHSAS188001职业健康安全管理体系认证；产品获得欧盟CE认证。公司被中国农业银行评为年度企业资信等级AAA级单位，也是浙江电子口岸诚信档案会员、中国建筑材料联合会金属分会理事单位；“吉尔泰及图”商标被评为为台州市著名商标；公司为浙江省科技型中小企业、国家高新技术企业、AA守合同重信用单位，建有省级高新技术研究开发中心等。公司产品年产销量名列全国前茅，并远销到伊朗、俄罗斯、印度、约旦、巴西、韩国、罗马尼亚、英国等二十多个国家。公司厂区占地面积20359㎡，总建筑面积约为12590㎡，员工近100人。公司于2019年5月在新三板上市，股票代码：873285。
