Nanchang High-tech Engineering Consulting Co., Ltd. was established in March 2009. It is a wholly state-owned enterprise subordinate to Nanchang High-tech Investment Group Co., Ltd., with a registered capital of 18 million RMB. It holds Grade B qualifications for supervision of building construction engineering and municipal public engineering. Its business scope includes feasibility study report preparation, cost consulting, engineering surveying, pile foundation testing, engineering bidding agency, engineering supervision, and engineering project management. At present, various registered qualification personnel account for more than 40% of the company's total staff, personnel with intermediate or higher professional titles account for more than 50% of the total, and engineering technical personnel account for 80% of the total. It has basically formed an engineering consulting team with a complete set of engineering specialties, a reasonable age structure, and strong technical strength. It will gradually extend to whole-process engineering consulting services, committed to safeguarding the construction of the High-tech Zone and moving toward market-oriented development.
