Hunan Ataike New Material Joint-stock Co., Ltd.

Hunan Ataike New Material Joint-stock Co., Ltd. is a council member unit of the Decorative Molding Branch of the China Building Materials Market Association, with registered capital of 20 million RMB. It is an enterprise integrating R&D, production, and sales of EPS molding series products (new building materials). Ataike New Material has 15 years of experience in interior and exterior insulation systems for building exterior walls and polystyrene decorative moldings. The predecessor of the company was Hunan Jingyeda Building Materials, founded in 2006. In 2007, the founder independently developed modern technology for industrialized mass production of EPS moldings, took the lead in manufacturing the first-generation EPS molding production equipment, and led the drafting of China's earliest EPS molding standard in the building materials industry (JC/T2387-2016).
In 2019, an intelligent production and operation base for EPS moldings with an output value exceeding 100 million RMB was established, located in Jinyu Industrial Park, Ningxiang, Changsha City, covering an area of 35 mu, with a factory area of 10,500 square meters and office and R&D space of 5,000 square meters. It has an annual production capacity of 50 million pieces/sets/meters of EPS moldings, 25 million cubic meters of polystyrene boards, and 5 million tons of powder mortar, making it a national demonstration intelligent production and operation base for EPS moldings.
At the end of March 2021, Jiangxi Ataike was registered, and trial production began in June. It plans to add 8-10 production bases in the next 3-5 years.
