浙江省肿瘤医院台州院区于2017年6月22日由浙江省肿瘤医院全面托管运营。台州院区以台州市肿瘤医院（温岭市第二人民医院）为基础，力争成为浙东南区域肿瘤诊治中心，首批融入省肿瘤医院15位管理及医疗专家。下设15个病区（8个肿瘤病区），核定床位500张，开放床位600张，二期规划床位600张。肿瘤学科群为温岭市卫计系统“十三五”六大重点发展学科群之一，同时也是台州市重点培育学科。
