7、根据需要负责配合处理与公司、基金有关的争议及诉讼/仲裁；
8、负责公司投融资类相关事件处理；
8、协助处理其他法律合规事务。

岗位要求：
1、全日制本科及以上法律相关专业；
2、具备2-3年公募、私募或者金融相关的法律、财务等相关知识；
3、具有较强的团队协调与合作能力；熟练AI相关辅助工具
4、工作积极主动，学习能力和责任心强，仔细认真、有上进心，有良好的沟通和协调能力；
5. 必须具备基金从业资格、具有法律职业资格优先。
