一、岗位职责：
1.独立承担项目核心功能模块开发工作；
2.有较强的系统分析与设计能力，熟悉常用设计模式
3.负责与项目经理共同进行客户调研、需求梳理、业务流程分析设计；
4.主动发现系统中存在的技术优化空间，提出改进方案并落地
5.熟练使用常用技术栈并理解其技术原理
6.具有技术难点解决能力，发现与改进系统性能、扩展性与安全性
7.独立解决技术难点，发现系统瓶颈，优化系统性能
8.做事严谨踏实，责任心强，具有团队合作精神
二、任职要求：
1.性格开朗、逻辑清晰、具有很强的沟通能力；
2.熟悉软件开发流程、软件工程体系及标准软件开发文档规范；
3.3年以上J2EE开发实际工作经验，具有一定的系统架构设计能力；熟练掌握Struts、SpringMVC、Hibernate、Mybatis、Spring cloud等主流开发框架；
4.熟练使用Tomcat、WebLogic，Websphere等web应用服务器，并熟悉服务器配置原理；熟悉并具备数据库系统如oracle、mysql等主流数据库，对sql优化有一定的经验；
5.熟悉Linux环境，了解docker部署实施流程
6.前端有JQuery、Vue等主流框架经验。
7.有小程序、UniApp开发经验更优；
三、岗位资格：
1.学历要求：本科及以上学历
2.专业要求：计算机相关专业
3.经验要求：4年以上 java开发经验，性格开朗，善于沟通，适应出差
四、薪资：
1.试用期工资：8000-9000元/月
2.正式工资：10000-13000 元/月
3.试用期限： 1-3个月
