【岗位职责】

1、负责核心代码开发、调试与维护工作，并协助其他开发人员解决各类技术问题；

2、参与技术需求的调研，技术可行性分析；

3、参与开发标准的制定与开发质量的控制，协助上级完成代码与设计评审；

4、进行日常需求任务拆解、任务分配、开发，且无延期、无严重设计问题进行项目交付；

5、排查并解决所负责的模块或者单应用的线上问题。

【任职要求】

1、熟悉常用设计模式，如工厂、策略、责任链、模板、门面等，并能应用到项目中；

2、精通 Java 语言，精通SpringBoot、SpringCloud，Spring Cloud Alibaba 等主流开源框架及实现原理，对JVM、多线程、锁机制有深入理解及实践经验；

3、熟悉Mysql、MongoDB、Hbase、Elasticsearch等常用数据库及搜索引擎；

4、熟练Redis、memcache、Kafka、RocketMQ、Zookeeper、Netty等常用中间件；

5、具备良好的代码规范，能熟练进行代码重构，具体良好封层和抽象思维，能合理设计应用的模块；

6、具有良好的分析解决问题能力、沟通协作能力，热爱新技术钻研；

7、具有丰富的分布式系统设计经验，参与过高并发的复杂系统架构设计优先。
