Jiangxi Wugong Mountain Tourism Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Jiangxi Wugong Mountain Tourism Group") was established in April 2017 in accordance with the requirements of the Notice on the Reform Plan for the Management System of Wugong Mountain (Gan Fu Fa [2017] No. 1) issued by the People's Government of Jiangxi Province. It was jointly funded with 100 million yuan by Jiangxi Tourism Group and state-owned operating entities in Pingxiang, Yichun, and Ji'an, to implement unified management and operation of Wugong Mountain's tourism resources. Jiangxi Wugong Mountain Tourism Group aims to develop into a mixed-ownership joint-stock enterprise integrating investment, construction, and operation within 45 years and to achieve listing, making outstanding contributions to building Wugong Mountain Scenic Area into a new growth pole for Jiangxi Province's tourism industry!
