中盐江西兰太化工有限公司系内蒙古兰太实业股份有限公司与中盐江西盐化有限公司共同出资组建的盐化工企业，公司于2008年5月8日在江西省新干县盐化工业城内正式登记注册成立。公司注册资本8000万，其中内蒙古兰太实业股份有限公司控股51%；中盐江西盐化有限公司参股49%。公司计划投资新建年产10万吨氯酸钠和年产30万吨（27.5%）双氧水项目（项目分两期进行，一期年产5万吨氯酸钠和15万吨（27.5%）双氧水）。
