公司成立于2012年6月，位于贵州遵义赤水市天台镇五桂河中桥，占地100余亩。厂区建设以园林仿古风格为主，建筑物依山而建。拥有生产用房20000平方米、产品展示厅6000平方米、办公用房3000平方米。可年产优质晒醋5000吨，特制两万醋坛布满40000平方米天然晒场，是目前赤水规模较大、自然条件较好的晒场。也是一家以酿造、销售“赤水晒醋”为核心，横向结合“赤水晒醋”悠久历史文化，打造园林式晒醋博物馆（非物质文化遗产传习所），发展“赤水晒醋”旅游文化品牌的综合性企业。
