Key Responsibilities

1. Customer Service

? Assist Retail Manager to complete implement department work.
? Responsible fensuring the normal operation of the customer service team, people management achieve the established KPI target.
? To set up the training plan fCustomer Service staffganize implementation, to continuously improve customer service skills through training.
? Manage, supervise evaluate daily work of CS staff, to timely detection problems, counseling through communication, make appropriate adjustments improvements.
? Collect customer information, handle customer complaints opinions appropriately, to do customer needs analysis, propose reasonable suggestions to Operations related departments.
? Employee management supervision
? Arrange staff scheduling vacation time properly
? Settlement of customer complaints
? Employee performance evaluation

2. VIP Room Operation Management

? Reasonably arrange the daily work work schedule tracking
? VIP room operation management supervision
? VIP room staff management supervision
? VIP room service promotion supervision
? VIP room problem finding communication
? Coordinate with relevant departments



Knowledge Skills

? College degree above, at least five years of relevant working experience in Hotels, Airlines, Catering other service industries.
? Proficiency in Microsoft office software.
? Standard Mandarin, good commof written spoken English.
? Familiar with customer complaint resolution process standard telephone service terminology training supervision.
? Familiar with five star hotel service procedure standard.
? Team management experience is preferred
