The Fengzhen Group was founded in 1979, with its business focusing on three main areas: fashion, retail, and real estate development. Its real estate development business includes a portfolio primarily composed of retail and residential/hotel assets, valued at approximately $1.8 billion. The group currently manages over 20 development projects with a total area exceeding 600,000 square meters. In the fashion and retail sectors, the Fengzhen Group holds multiple licenses and has created numerous major global brands, including Calvin Klein, Guess, and Jean Paul Gaultier. They maintain close partnerships with several major Italian brands, which strongly supports their outlet business.
RDM was founded in Italy, and the group has accumulated highly successful real estate development project experience in the region. RDM has established multiple designer outlet shopping centers across Italy with a highly strategic layout, and its carefully planned locations have maximized the group's revenue. Among the many projects developed by RDM, it also includes Serravalle, one of Europe's largest outlet shopping centers.
Furthermore, RDM is also a developer of designer outlets in China. RDM has developed a designer outlet named Florentia Village on the outskirts of Beijing. In 2012, Fengzhen became a shareholder of Silk Road Holdings, and RDM manages and develops Florentia Village. As a leader in its category, the Fengzhen Group entered the Chinese market in 1986, and with the support of an Italian management team including a Managing Director with 15 years of outlet management experience and an Operations Manager with 10 years of experience, it has accumulated rich outlet operation experience in the region.
