经开区海城新发学校是由经开区文教体工作局颁证许可的新居民子女学校，学校位于温州经济技术开发区海城街道海滨路29号。学校历经5年的发展，现在有1-6年级15个教学班级，学生680余人。在*近三年时间里，学校先后被评为“温州市无烟学校”“经开区中小学生行为规范达标学校”“经开区民办协会庆六一演出先进单位”等殊荣；教育教学质量也稳步提升，在2017年，海城新发学校荣获经开区主任教学奖二等奖。
